At Biba Kurti, we aim to provide a transparent and smooth shopping experience. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website.
1. Return & Exchange Window
Customers must raise any return or exchange request within 3 days / 72 hours from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after 72 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- In the same condition as received.
- With all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by order details or proof of purchase.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damaged products, missing items, incorrect products, or product disputes.
The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product.
Requests related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
3. How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request
To raise a request, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

Please include the following details in your request:
- Order ID
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos/videos of the product issue
- Mandatory unboxing video, where applicable
Once your request is received, our team will review the details and guide you with the next steps.
Please do not send the product back unless our support team has confirmed the return or exchange request.
4. Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days / 72 hours of delivery.
After verification of the issue, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the case.
Refunds are applicable only for approved cases involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.
5. Size Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges subject to availability and approval by our support team.
- Size exchange requests must be raised within 3 days / 72 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Size exchange is allowed only once per order.
- Products already exchanged once are not eligible for another exchange.
- Exchange is subject to product and size availability.
- An exchange processing fee of ₹200 per article will be applicable.
If the requested size is not available, our support team will guide you with the available options.
6. Reverse Pickup & Processing
Reverse pickup may be arranged where courier service is available.
- We will attempt reverse pickup up to two times.
- If pickup fails after two attempts, the customer will need to self-ship the product.
- If the customer’s pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, self-shipping will be required.
Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check. After approval, the exchange product will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours, subject to availability.
7. Self-Shipping Instructions
If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse address.

While self-shipping, please ensure:
- The product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
- The Order ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the package.
- The product is unused, unworn, and has original tags and packaging intact.
- A reliable courier service is used. We recommend Speed Post or any trusted courier service.
Biba Kurti will not be responsible for products lost or damaged during customer self-shipping.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only for approved cases where the customer has received a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, dislike of product after delivery, minor color variation due to screen/display differences, or size issues where the product matches the description provided on our website.
For size-related issues, customers may request a size exchange as per the exchange policy mentioned above.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or another approved payment method within the applicable processing timeline.
9. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
Return, exchange, or refund requests may be rejected in the following cases:
- Request raised after 3 days / 72 hours of delivery.
- Product is used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
- Mandatory unboxing video is not provided for damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.
- Product is returned without prior approval from our support team.
- Product received by the customer matches the product details shown on the website.
